- Heat mixture over medium-low heat until steam arises

- 2 Cups water
- 1 inch ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 large lemon, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 pinch of cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Peel ginger using vegetable peeler and thinly slice.
- Add water to a small pot; add water, ginger, lemon juice, turmeric and cayenne
