Ingredients
- 2 English cucumbers
- 16 Radishes (2 bunches)
- 4 Green onions, sliced thin
- 2 Tablespoons fresh dill, chopped fine
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Thinly slice cucumbers, radishes, and onions.
- Use a small bowl and mix together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
