Do You Have to Have a Food Processor to Make This Recipe?
Short answer is no. Really you just need to break down the avocado and you can do this by mashing it in a mixing bowl with a potato masher or fork. However, you will want to mince all of your remaining ingredients such as the jalapeno pepper, garlic, onions, and cilantro. Then just add your Vegan mayo, water, and whisk thoroughly until smooth. Your sauce won’t be as creamy doing it this way but if you like a slightly chunkier sauce, go for it!
Tips
- Thickness. Depending on your desired thickness, add additional mayo or water.
- Spice. Add more jalapeno for desired spice level.
- Lime. Squeeze additional lime for more tang.
